Epson Expression Photo XP-960 review

A compact MFP which can produce highly professional results

USB port and an SD card slot for camera users ; Large and advanced 4.3-inch touchscreen ; Six colour Claria ink system works well with photos ; High printing and scanning resolution

Flimsy paper trays and document feeds ; Slow to print ; Limited paper capacity ; No ADF or fax

If you need to produce professional looking prints and posters in full colour, or A3-size documents, this surprisingly compact all-in-one printer does a high-end job on a realistic budget.

very much an upgrade from the xp950

I bought it about a week ago, excellent machine, but I can't install the scan driver from the Epson website, well I can but it is in a foreign language and there is no way of changing it so I don't know how to use it.

it has a good footprint for an A3 Printer

this is a basically a good product and the print quality seems to be excellent but I am having a lot of trouble making it work with my Mac and printing envelopes is a pain. trying to use the backfeeder has eluded me to date so whether it will ever...

Not working well

I bought this so I could print nice pictures/photos but from the start it won't load the genuine photopaper delivered with the printer from the tray. From the start only problems. The paper tray etc. all feels very flimsy.

Don't Buy

One day this printer will tell you that you need the service centre to replace a waste in pad. This is the first time I have ever seen that. There are no service centres within a 3 hour driver as far as I can see so this printer will end up in the bin.

Great photo printer

Bought this to replace my Canon 8700, what a difference in quality! I can thoroughly recommend this printer to anyone wishing to print their photos without the printer costing a fortune.
