The Dell 968w is a good machine overall. We just can't recommend it quite as highly as we wouldother inkjet multifunction printers that offer similar (or better) capabilities for about the same price.

Dell 968w inkjet multifunction printer

The multifunction printer is a faster, more expandable step up from its cousin, the 948 AIO

The 968w is a good machine overall. I just can't recommend it quite as highly as I would Lexmark's X9575 Professional or HP's OfficeJet J6480 All-in-One, both of which offer similar (or better) capabilities for about the same price.

Terrible

3 Units jabe failed in 6 months. Al with the same error. Wont power up, just the power supply is working still and the voltage is correct. Yes i use a power filter. (Belkin and a good one at that). The product works well but the reliability is suspect....

Its an All in one. In home warranty seems to be good.They just ship out the parts and you replace them yourself.

Ink non refillable, 3 have blown up in 6 months. My first new ink cartridge was leaking in the bag when i received it.
