Cost of toner, but NewEgg has the lowest price around. I have the 2040 version also and refill those toner cartridges. Never get the OEM printing quality though

Great home or small office fax, printer, scanner combo. Quite easy to setup. Easy to use.

Not sold with the cables needed to connect it to the PC. Conflicts with my answering machine device. Will work best on a dedicated line
