Got it for the Mrs. for Christmas and she hasn't complained yet.

Got it for my wife for Christmas. Has worked just fine, mounted it in her car and she can just pick the music she wants vs changing cd's.

Ignore the other reviews, anthing can be broken when you get it .. have you seen the UPS bad driver videos throwing your packages.??I got this for my niece, she loves it,the vid quality is good, I have no problems at all with the touch screen, it plays...
