This thing is the best mp4 I've seen for its price.

Not much but the fact that the other supported formats dont play as smooth and lag.

Everyone already knows the pros and cons of the unit from the previous billion reviews.

It works mostly as you'd expect it to.

Occasionally when I start playing audio, it will get stuck in a loop for a while, which seems like a buffering problem.

CHEAP!!! I have owned an Archos 404 for about a week before, and this thing is right on par with that.

I had to convert 4 out of 25 of my videos.

For the money this is one the best all around items I have seen.the wife loves it

One of the main features not mention anywhere is the capability of recording directly from your VCR or Any video audio output to your Supportplus unit this way no transcoding is required

The only one I have found is the jog button seems a little inferior but has not given me any problems yet.It is a little hard to learn to operate but once you do it works great

Great pmp, the xvid video that comes with it looks fine and so does my other xvid videos. Easy to use and many features

i dont know if its suppose to but mine came with a 1.3GB video of someone taping the ceiling and the screen had prints on it but the cloth got rid of those

Works well after the firmware update as described by many previous reviewers and as soon as you get used to the menu structure.

Nice sleek design.
