I've had this player for about 1 year and I have had zero "REAL" problems with it. I purchased it locally and had a $20 rebate from Rio/SonicBlue, so I paid about $70 total for it. The software loaded well on my Windows 2k PC, and I've only had a few ...

Cheap-price and memory to upgrade. Decent software included. durable so far!
