No ID3 tag support. Lousy tech support. Must use WMP

I'm returning mine. It will only read the tag info if you rip with Windows Media Player. If you ripped with any other software you will not see artist and album info. They say it is compatible with Mac OSX, but that it is not compatible with ITunes. So...

4gb, Lightweight and small. Good sound. FM radio. PC and Mac compatible.

Won't read ID3 tags. poor tech support. Requires Windows Media Player.

Good 4gb Player for the money.. a few drawbacks..

I love my Siren 4gb player, love the "drag and drop" capability and the compact size. Very easy to connect to the pc via usb cable.. no software necessary! Your computer will recognize it as a removable drive. I bought this mp3 player for a couple ...
