Battery doesn't last. It loses charge even when turned off. Downloading onto it often fails.

Easy to use with good battery life. Small, light and easy to carry. I like it.

Doesn't sync with MS Media player V10.

not very user friendly at first, but i got to grips with it after playing around a bit. Discard the software that comes with it...it seems to serve no purpose!!

NO RADIO!(despite what MPMAN website says), very fragile (I bought 2 of these for my kids and both broke the glasses after a few months)
