Bought 2 of these back in February and now It's Dead, It lasted 5 months, Hurray, not really. Any Who Don't buy these.

The first one I got didn't work. I returned it and got another one that didn't work. I give up.

Had 2 of those. The first one was completely dead. The second one had 2 main issues: every other time it was disconnected from computer it was freezing up and I had to use reset button to bring it back to life. The second issue was just poor SW design....

I bought this for my husband and he had a hard time figuring out how to use it. It runs very slow and is not user friendly.

So far, the product is working well. I did not have issues charging it and have not had to reset yet. The touch screen works well if you are patient. Its not fast, but what do you expect for $18.00. It reminds me of a device made by ematic. That was...

When I received it, all it would do is show that the battery was low. I tried to charge it 3 different times and got the same results. Then it stopped working altogether. AT $18.00,it wasn't worth the expense or trouble of sending it back.

bought this for my grand son for Christmas very disappointed the touch screen will not work well apps are slowwwwwwwwwww

Complete waste of money. Don't even bother. This is the worst MP3 player I have ever owned. Spend a little more or even less on something that works.
