I shouldn't even give this 1 star-I got these for my kids. One broke within the first week--it would only turn off and on and now the other one is broke it turns on and then shuts off. They are crap. My kids never abused them. Take them off your shelf.

I bought a JENSEN product last year and i worked for maybe a month then the buttons wouldn't work it meesed with my music & video NEVER BUY A JENSEN product THEY CHARGE TOO MUCH FOR MP3 THAT DONT WORK FOR MORE THAN A MONTH

For the price of this MP3, I found it simple, very easy to use. I had no problems downloading or playing music. The directions are pretty clear and as long as you follow them you'll have no problems. It was the prefect price for a little stocking...

Just purchased. Computer doesn't recoginize and cant add any music. I will be attempting to return this piece of junk.
