Best of the lot

 

Nethemas is right that it should not be used directly on equipment that requires time to shut down; it should be used on the display instead. However, shutting off the display is usually all you need to limit game, computer, movie, or TV time.

for a useful comparison with other devices. This proved the best for most purposes. I found it easy to set up and easy for kids to use after 1 minute instruction
