great device, but a few problems

 

light weight, color screen, holds many songs and pictures, easy to use, not complicated

customer service, camera photo transfer, windows media player doesn't work well with it

This mp3 player is the best!!!!

 

Great sound, good picture, pictures, 1000-3000 songs,scratch resistant and light weight.

Battery life(same as ipod photo), customer service.

I got this device as a Christmas present and have it working with music and pictures so I will give a brief rundown of what you will face: First of all, Gateway gives you NO SOFTWARE with the product other than the hardware device driver cd. You are ...

Great color screen. Great sound quality. Slim design.

No proprietary download software included. Windows Media Player difficult to use with device.
