Good enough for me, but not always easy to use

I received this product as a gift. What I like best about this product is the size. I can conveniently clip it to my pants (using its carrying case) without it getting in the way. I'm not much of a technology genius - this product is easy to load and ...

Don't waste your money!!

I received my player less than one week ago and am already returning it. I have bought things from gateway in the past and been very pleased, but this was a different story. The first time I turned the player on it was fine, but when I tried to turn ...

It does what I want it to do

The DMP-210 "4-in-1" is an upgrade on the DMP-200 "3-in-1" from last year. Most upgrades seem to be positive improvements. The "4" features are MP3/WMA player, voice recorder/player, FM tuner, and USB drive. Gateway added an FM tuner to the DMP-210, ...

No drivers to install, good volume output, simple interface, good battery life

One of the best low-cost players

I got this player at TechDepot for 19.99 after a $20 rebate, so the price is right.

Sounds good, light, easy controls and file transfer

None for a unit at this price point

Great little & cheap MP3 player

Got this D-Link DMP-210 from J&R, which was the cheapest(around $60) portable MP3 player. One confusion though, the package said it can only use up to 64MB SmartMedia card, but D-Link web site said this model(DMP-210) is able to use the 128MB card, but...

Cheap price. Great a little MP3 player. SmartMedia expansion slot

Not many features

Check other players - reliability concerns here

The idea is great. The DMP-210 is not too expensive (I bought mine in December 2001 for about $90, with a rebate offer of about $20) and uses SmartMedia cards (up to 128 MB). The USB connection for transferring songs from the computer to the DMP-210 ...

Not too expensive, decent appearance, good features (theoretically)

2 units that didn't work because of problems accessing the SmartMedia card

An mp3 Player - and that is it.

I ended up paying about $40 for my DMP 210, which isn't bad considering it came with 32mb of flash memory, battery, carrying case, and headphones.

Cheap mp3 player

Lack of voice recording
