I just bought this MP3 for my daughter and can't upload one song. "empty disc" is the message on the screen. Don't waste your money. I tried to reach Cyber Gear and found their website is under construction.

I am surprised by all the bad reviews, my son has had his for 2 years and never had any problems, it is easy for him to use and he is 7. I bought one for my daughter as well and still no issues with hers either. Maybe i got lucky, but they kids love them.
