Iaudio T2

Cowon describes the $140 (as of 1/9/07) iAudio T2 as a necklace inspired by a black diamond. However, the player looks like what it is: a little plastic box that hangs around your neck from headphone cords connected in a loop.

Very small size, lightweight Can schedule recordings from FM tuner

Fiddly controls Mixed audio quality

If you want an especially small player, or you're sure you'll like wearing a player around your neck, the Cowon iAudio T2 is worth considering. But you can find better audio quality and more features in slightly larger units that cost about the same

Mac and Windows users in need of a small, music-oriented MP3 player with great sound quality and an FM tuner will be pleased by the Cowon iAudio T2.

The Cowon iAudio T2 offers great sound quality and a tiny, wearable design; includes an FM tuner and voice recorder; the display, though small, is bright and easy to read.

Photo viewing and video playback won't be found on the iAudio T2; controls take some getting used to.

Mac and Windows users in need of a small, music-centric MP3 player with great sound quality and an FM tuner will be pleased by the Cowon iAudio T2.

Overall, a really fantastic little product. People will complain about the battery life, but neglect to realize how tiny the product is. Large batteries do not fit in small places.

Very tiny, lightweight. It's got iAudio's signature features, such as excellent sound output, fantastic EQ and DSP features, etc. The interface is a bit tricky at first, but pretty good after a few hours of use. The included earbuds are surprisingly...

The Ogg Vorbis and FLAC support kind of suck. Nothing new here, really. Some of my FLACs don't show at all, and some Vorbis files cause lockups, horrible screeching static, etc. Tags also don't seem to be fully supported with them. Nothing new here,...

Awesome!!

I look forward to using it with Linux as my overall knowledge of that OS increases. I bought it for the fact it works in both Windows and Linux. Too cool!! :)

All I can say is WOW!! This thing sounds awesome. The small size is so nice you can just put it in your pocket and take it anywhere. I look forward to using the built in mic and the record feature for school lectures. It keeps a charge for a nice long...
