Bought this for my son to bring to his school trip as the school only allows mp3. Didn't even get to turn it on as its not charging and won't even open. Son went to his trip without an MP3. Very disappointing.

I plugged it in according to instruction to avail didn't charge so took it back and got a refund

Wanted a basic MP3 player with a clear screen/menu and this fits the bill perfectly. Great product at a great price.

This product is very easy to use And is a very affordable price.

The plastic looks & feels a bit cheap & for the price you pay it could be a bit more solid, feels too light & brittle. Bought this for my brother in law who has Down Syndrome so it's very easy to use & he enjoys it so far. I have a Creative Zen player...

Good sound quality. A bit fiddly to begin with but you get used to it. A shame the random shuffle does not shuffle...just plays the same randomly ordered list.

For the price and the Bush brand name I was expecting a quality item but it really is a low end product, the sound quality is high pitched and the touch screen is shocking and very unresponsive so you can't select what you want and the video playback...

The instruction booklet was not very explicit & printed in an exceptionally small font that it was of very little use at all. Unable to load tunes even with help from a very competent P.C. user
