I haven't physically abused it yet, hope it can take that as well as my antique I-pod did.

This is replacing my I-pod (classic, 1st gen i think), so far it is way better. You can have the keys locked and still adjust the volume (side button). My favorite part of it is that you can actually shut it off when you're not using it(and the battery...

None... Coming form a former I-Pod owner. It does need special software, just like the I-Pod but at least this program isn't 75 MB to download
