Save Your Money! Customer Service is AWFUL!

I bought one of these and had it shutting down after playing several songs for about an hour and then dead. Would not power on or get a screen. This was all withing about three weeks of getting the unit. Eventually I could get it back to life but ...

Good price and even better if you get a Rebate

Terrible Customer Service(THE WORST IMHO) if you have a problem

The battery still had 2 bars on it & I had only used the device a few times. It not damaged or dropped. I had tried, unsuccessfully, to load songs onto it. They wouldn't load even though they were WMAs, which is the proper format, and even though I had...
