Worth the upgrade

I upgraded from an intuos 4 tablet, and I've got to say, if anyone is on the fence about upgrading DO IT! The difference is substantial. Plus the darker color looks cooler :) I've used the tablet with Photoshop as well as zBrush and it works great with...

-Touch controls -Dial control with multiple settings This tablet is amazingly smooth and the controls on the side are very useful, just touch your finger to them without pressing down and an onscreen help UI will remind you which buttons do what. The...

As mentioned above the touch controls take a little getting used to, almost to the point where I only use them about 50% of the time, but I think this may be more due to how my desk/keyboard positioning is laid out. Would have been nice if the wireless...

altho it is wireless capable you must purchase the wireless kit separate. so heads up and get the wireless kit while you are at it.

my first time using a tablet and this is very simple and easy to use. very precise device. the software that comes with it is as simple as it gets to install and you are ready to work. i like how it also works as a track pad with hand gestures. that...

Great tablet!

I found out the hard way that the small version is nearly impossible to use on a 30" 2560x1600 monitor. Every small movement - including unwanted hand shakes - gets magnified on the screen. This makes it very hard to draw straight lines, to touch up...

The Intuos5 tablets are the best screenless tablets you can get.

The drivers have a well-known bug in Windows. If you experience lag and/or inaccurate lines, go to Control Panel -> Pen & Touch and disable "press and hold" for right click, and disable flicks. That should solve it.

great upgrade from the intuos4

For anyone who owns the Intuos4 or any previous iteration of Wacom tablet, the integration of multitouch into the Intuos5 product line is well worth the upgrade. I had purchased the Intuos4 to work on a project with all intents to return it to the box...

Out of the box, the software is highly customizable but cannot replicate certain functions, such as triple finger click to replicate the scroll wheel click on a mouse. I have submitted this to wacom, so this might become mute.
