Very nice case. It actually does dampen the sounds, but not significantly. I ended up getting all silent fans, including on my power supply with this case and you can still hear the fans. I'm currently using it, but not all of the wires are hooked up...

Bought this case after reading the great online reviews. It is an excellent design and a high quality product. The only negative is in the internal wiring - a wiring diagram would be helpful.
