The mute button that I never used got stuck in mute and I could not talk just a few days after I got them and then the 2nd pair did it again this time just a few days after the warranty ran out. what a waste of money

my head hurts after 1 hour of wearing them. All the other features fall by the wayside when you cant even put the thing on your head.

I bought this headset and it was great, until the earpiece supports broke. Seems to be the weak link on these. If you buy them, be very careful with the earpiece supports.
