Microsoft Arc Wireless Mouse review

We found the Microsoft Arc very comfortable to use and in particular we liked the finish which felt soft to the touch. Its ergonomic design and the its symmetrical design meant we could use it with either our left or right hand. We tested the black and...

Not the cheapest mouse on the market, yet we are nevertheless impressed with the design and the Microsoft Arc's comfort during use. A great buy for anyone on the go looking for a stylish and ergonomic mouse.

Microsoft Arc Wireless Mouse review

The Microsoft Arc is an ergonomic wireless mouse from Microsoft. The Arc benefits from a unusual design that folds to 60 percent of its original size for travelling.

Not the cheapest mouse on the market, yet we are nevertheless impressed with the design and the Microsoft Arc's comfort during use. A great buy for anyone on the go looking for a stylish and ergonomic mouse.

Microsoft Arc Mouse

The Microsoft Arc Mouse's high quality propels it to the head of the travel mouse pack.

Full-size mouse that folds smaller than most notebook mice. Virtually weightless. Extra tiny receiver can stow beneath mouse when not in use. Sharp precision

Relies on AAA batteries with no recharge option. Cannot be used when hinge is folded

Microsoft ARC Mouse review: Microsoft ARC Mouse

Microsoft ARC Mouse

Unique appearance; collapsible design saves bag space and secures wireless receiver; easy to set up.

Side button hard to use with a standard mouse grip.

Microsoft's Arc mouse is almost as functional as its form is pleasing. The travel-friendly features make perfect sense, and in general, it's a serviceable mouse for Macs and PCs. Only a few minor design issues hold it back.

Microsoft Arc Mouse Review

The wireless Microsoft Arc Mouse features a sporty arc design and folds for portability. But is it a good on-the-go notebook mouse, or is it just dead weight? Read on for our full review.

Microsoft Arc Mouse

Ah, the fashion mouse. You know the one: It's designed by the industrial design team of the moment, and it not only lets you move your PC's cursor but also tells everyone that you care about Design (you know, with a capital D). Unfortunately, what this...

Pretty design and incredibly compact size. Comes with a travel pouch

Very uncomfortable shape. Odd sensor placement makes cursor control tricky

Microsoft seems to have solved the connectivity issues that plagued its previous 2.4GHz wireless peripherals, but this little guy is just too uncomfortable for us to recommend, despite its sexy design.

Microsoft Arc Mouse

Microsoft's Arc is one of the best mouse concepts we've seen, combining the benefits of portability and a full-sized mouse into the one unit.

Folds up smaller for portability ; Expands to near full size so your hand doesn't cramp ; Ambidextrous ; Receiver snaps magnetically to the underside of the mouse for easy transport

Receiver could be smaller ; It doesn't use Microsoft's new BlueTrack technology

Available in black and red in December, at AU$99.95 it's a steal, and should be one of the top notebook mice on your purchase list.

Microsoft Arc Mouse

You don't often say that computer hardware is a piece of art. It isn't for the most part. Peripherals like keyboards, mice, monitors and joysticks are all supposed to be functional, design being outweighed by just how well the product can work for the...

Review: Microsoft Arc Mouse

This wireless mouse features a unique arc design that allows it to fold up for transport. Macworld's Jackie Dove is impressed with the Arc Mouse's combination of looks, feel, and convenience.

Ambidextrous ; Convenient folding body for travel ; Good response from buttons and wheel ; Comfortable matte finish ; Light ; Tiny receiver ; Comes in red ; Long operational range

Slight right-handed orientation for side button to work with thumb ; May be a little small or light for some hands

This mouse is lightweight, with a spare body, and it comes in black or red. It's just the right size for my smallish hand—but I can imagine that people with smaller or larger hands will also be comfortable using it. It has a matte plastic shell that I...

Review: Microsoft Arc Mouse

While most people think of Microsoft's mice being used for gaming, the company also offers up a nice range of mice for the casual computer user. As an attendee at Mobius this year I was given a Microsoft Arc Mouse. While mice don't tend to excite me,...
