Logitech Gaming Mouse G300

The Logitech Gaming Mouse G300 is the perfect first-person shooter gaming mouse for casual players looking for better performance than they'd get out of a standard—out of the box—computer mouse.

Customizable lighting. Polls up to 1,000Hz. On-board memory. Ambidextrous. Nine programmable buttons. Mouse sensitivity can go up to 2,500dpi. Supports up to three game profiles. Great for first-person shooter players on a budget

Configuration software fairly basic compared to others. Mouse feels a little light and hollow

Logitech G300 Gaming Mouse Review

There are many gaming mice on the market that sell for well over $60, but Logitech delivers an option at a mere $40 that it believes will cater to a huge number of gamers out there. It features a small, light design, a total of nine completely...

The announcement of Logitech's G300 came a mere week after SteelSeries announced its $90 Sensei - but despite that, I found myself excited. Why? Because while SteelSeries' offering was catering to the hardcore gamer, Logitech had a product that proved...

Logitech G300 "Ambidextrous" Gaming Mouse Review →

The highly-programmable G300 retains major staples of gaming mice while lowering the cost of entry by $10. Palm grip mousers with large hands will find it a bit small, but those with claw grips should feel right at home. Also, lefties are finally...

Ambidextrous design finally acknowledges lefties ; Works with claw grip ; Top-sided G-buttons mean everything is in reach ; Application-specific extensive macro creation with drivers ; Onboard memory stores three simple profiles for portability ;...

Too small for some palm grip gamers ; No side scrolling for extra buttons ; Lacks dedicated DPI indicator lights ; Macros can't be created on the fly

Been a great mouse.

I went through 2 100 dollar mouses in one month and this one finally hit the ticket. Glad I got it.

I have had this for about a year and have had no problems with it. Before this I had 2 gaming mouses I paid over 100 for that had a ton of buttons on them, and with every game I played I did not use any of buttons, and more importantly I kept hitting...

Little slow moving around, you might have to adjust it to go faster.

Best mouse I have used

I have always been a fan of Logitech. Had an $80 mouse from them that I liked a lot, however I needed something for my desktop. So my plan was to take that one and use it there and have a cheaper one for my laptop. Immediately fell in love with the...

comfortable, light, great reaction time

if you have really large hands it might be a little small

I have been using this mouse for two years.

If you are looking for a mouse that has programmable buttons on it, so you can do things easier like programming, browsing, editing etc. where you have couple of shortcuts you frequently use, this is the mouse for you. It doesn't look like it came from...

- It was cheap when I bought it. Now it is cheaper. I use it up to 10 hours a day. For the money you pay, it is well built. - I do coding with this mouse. Copy, paste, cut and undo is easy as a right click when you program it. - Same thing goes for...

- It says 9 programmable buttons, which is true. But actually only 5 of them are to change program. 3 of them is normal mouse buttons (right click, left click, middle click), 1 of them is for profile change, remaining 5 are the real programmable...

Very Nice

Overall I would definitely recommend this mouse. High quality, has varying modes, and the LED's look nice.

Very nice mouse, can switch between three different modes with the click of a button. If you download the software for it, it allows for a lot of customizing. It came with two sets of friction-reducers to put on the bottom, and they are very useful

I would personally prefer for the extra buttons to be on the side, rather than the top, so I could press them with my thumbs. With them on the top, you have to lift your finger to press them, which can cause minor problems while gaming

Smaller than a MX518

This mouse feels cheap. Why can't you just make the same form factor as the MX518,(weight, buttons and size) and upgrade the firmware to 2015 standards and maybe put adjustable weights in it? That might be an improvement

It's fast I like the different light modes and the changeable USB polling rate.

I've had this mouse for 4 days and still trying to get used to it. I'm obviously used to a heavier mouse and larger form factor. The thumb buttons sit way too high. And the 2 buttons on the right click get in the way constantly when I'm aiming since...
