A stunning update of one of the best gaming mice out there. But is it worth the high price?
Super-accurate sensor ; Great battery life ; No discernible wireless lag ; Light yet robust
Expensive ; Plus version only adds RGB lighting
A fantastically well-worked update of one of the world’s most successful gaming mice, with improved precision and feel, a vast amount of flexibility, superb battery life and impeccable supporting software. It’s pricey, but should satisfy the...

The Logitech G502 X Plus might be expensive but it's worth it
13 programmable buttons ; In-depth G Hub software ; Array of 8 RGB lighting zones
Weighs over 100g ; DPI button is very sensitive ; Expensive for what it is
If you're after a wireless gaming mouse that's decked out with good specs and killer RGB lights then the Logitech G502 X Plus could be an excellent choice. You will have to splash out a fair amount on it, though.

The Logitech G502 Lightspeed is a bit of a legend in the gaming mouse arena. Now the latest model takes an icon and makes it even better.
Crisp clicks ; Comfortable ergonomics ; Superior hybrid switches ; PowerPlay compatibile
Feels a bit less premium than the original
The Logitech G502 X Plus takes an icon and improves upon it in several ways. Logitech is once again onto a winner with this one, though some might prefer the lighter G Pro X Superlight.

A new take on a gaming classic improves in many areas - but the G502 X Plus will leave fans cold in others
Optical switches are slick ; Buttons are comprehensive, and customisable ; Great battery life with RGB off; decent longevity with it switched on
Weight customisation has been ditched ; Shape might not suit your grip style ; Premium price
Improves on a classic with RGB lighting, optical switches and lighter weight. Fans of the original might miss some features that didn’t make the cut, and it’s a pricey upgrade, but the G502 X Plus is a great choice for gamers that want many buttons...

The Logitech G502 X Plus mostly looks, feels, and works like a premium wireless gaming mouse should, but its clicks can be finicky and it's missing some high-end features.

Building on a good gaming mouse, to make it great
Lightweight, ergonomic design ; Amazing performance ; 25,600K DPI ; Virtually no click latency ; Plenty of programmable buttons
Expensive at $159 ; Larger size not great for small hands ; No left-handed model
The Logitech G502X Plus builds on the solid foundations of its older sibling to bring you a great, lightweight, competitive, and durable gaming mouse. Just make sure it's the right size and fit for you!
