Wacom Intuos3 6×11 – Wide-format pen tablet

The popularity of using widescreen displays with graphics applications on the computer has led to the inevitable leap toward widescreen tablets.

If I had to pick one thing to watch out for, it’s the actual size of the tablet. The footprint of the Intuos3 6×11 is 16.5″ wide x 10.3″ deep. You'll need to make sure it fits in your workspace. As my primary device, I tend to keep my keyboard in front...

Wacom Intuos3 6x11

If you're in the visual arts, you know you should be using a pen tablet. Or at least you ought to know. The main issue is really just choosing which Wacom tablet is right for you. For the budget-conscious, there's the Graphire line. For the...

You will not be disappointed

Someone on here complained about the side buttons all doing the same thing, but that isn't true. You can program all of them and the sliders to do different things, keystroke, modifier, etc.

Quality manufacturing. The tablet feels sturdy and well-made. Has some heft to it ; Much more responsive than a graphire I. I can tell a big difference from my old graphire tablet; not surprising ; Size is perfect. I would discourage anyone from buying...

eh, price could be cheaper, but I don't feel any buyers remorse ; Oh, they could have included a clear sheet tablet cover skin thing. That would have been nice

It's love...at first sight.

I am totally new, so when I came across a Bamboo version, which was price appealing, I knew I wanted a tablet, but for me if I'm going to spend money on art equipment it better last for a long time. Art is not my major, but it is a major hobby of...

I fell in love with this thing at first sight, how did I go on without having one of this baby. It's amazing!!! if you like art, especially digital art, this will well be worth your money ; I'm using this tablet under Vista Ultimate x64 with no...

I haven't had it for so long, but after reading the reviews here, I had to try it out for myself. Yes it does take sometime to get use to, but after you get the hang of it.. you're going to bond with it ; I'm no professional, but I know a good...

Another great wacom product!

If you like to use pressure and tilt sensitive painting in your artwork this is for you. Just try out corel painters airbrush with a wacom. Its simply amazing.

First off, if you have never used a Wacom there IS a slight learning curve to it! You have to play with it for about a week to love it. That being said lets continue:

None. I have no problem with vista, xp or mac drivers at all.

A tangled trail to glory

How do you pronounce Wacom? Wack-um? Wuh-com? Whoa-ceum? Its really the only option. Can you name any other tablet makers? Wacom has this niche blanketed.

Everything I ever wanted. Easy to use and very very usefull ; Solidly constructed. Can take a fair amount of banging around. Very pretty in a cold, digital, 21st century sort of way ; Programmable buttons are fun to fiddle with ; Slide bars were...

While there are a variety of different size tablets, I would like to see more customization. Colored overlays and skins perhaps ; Largish non usable areas border the drawing area means that it takes up more space than I would like ; Replacement pens...

Great for artists, may be too big.

Because of my medical disorder I bought this tablet and it is great.

Very accurate, and great for photoshop (or gimp which i prefer and is free). The large size makes small, accidental movements less noticeable such as a shaking hand.

It may be to big for some people, it takes up my whole lap, so if you can hold your hand still you can go smaller. It takes a while to get used to. Its not something you can use with a laptop because of its size and how you use it.
