Great for the wife.
Simple Pink USB Mouse. Just plug it in and it's done

I have a Logitech MX518 also and it is much better than this mouse, but it is ugly.
Cute and great price
Mouse is too small for my hands and I have SMALL hands. Clicking is pretty loud. It feels like it is tough to have a good grip on the mouse
Consumer review (newegg.com)
Because of the high DPI, I had to lower the speed in the Control Panel. I also had to increase the scroll rate for the # of lines to accommodate my needs. Obviously made for girly hands. I was searching for a cheap laser mouse to replace the older...
Pretty and pink like the others mentioned ; Fast cursor movement ; I did not experience any issues with the scroll wheel like sweakiness or randomly scrolling the page up/down others had reported ; It's tiny and light
Too tiny. If you're thinking of resting your palm over it, think again. This mouse wasn't designed for that kind of usage ; When switching from the default 1600 to 800 DPI, it would reset itself to 1600 after rebooting the computer (at least in Win 7...

Best for small hands - not really a con as the target market for this product is for women and girls. I purchased the mouse and the i-rocks keyboard for the wife.
Price, color, laser tracking. The scroll wheel is good with a positive click for a cheap mouse. The wife thinks it looks cute
An odd quirk, it appears the front and back side buttons are reversed in function. The "forward" button goes back and the "back" button goes forward. Other than that it functions fine. My model could have its buttons cross wired
Consumer review (newegg.com)
Blue light in the middle looks nice. If it was black or blue rather than pink I'd get one for myself.
Bought this and a matching keyboard for my mother. She likes it. Free shipping, good price. No annoying red light underneath like an optical mouse
Cursor is a bit too quick, nothing that can't be fixed by taking a few seconds to change a setting in control panel. It's a little small but I'm not the one who will be using it. Mom's hands are a whole lot smaller than mine so it doesn't bother her
Consumer review (newegg.com)
I had purchased this mouse primarily for work (web dev/design), which is not precision mouse work, but due to the problems with the mouse wheel, I had to give the mouse away to my little 9 year old niece doesn't know better. She appreciates the mouse...
It's cheap, had free shipping, its light colored and fits my small hands comfortably. The diamond design on it is also pretty neat ; Its not a gaming mouse or anything, but the tracking is pretty good for normal use
Mouse wheel squeaks, which was very annoying. Put a bit of oil on it and the noise went away, though it was messy and oily for a few days. I shouldn't have had to put oil on it in the first place ; Also, about the mouse wheel, it is pretty inaccurate...
Consumer review (newegg.com)
I do have concerns over how long the mouse will last because it's so light. But it seems well built so only time will tell.
Small size. It's just the perfect size for my small hands. Plus it's pink so it goes pretty well with the keyboard I got from the same company. The 4th and 5th buttons are very convenient and unexpected in a mouse like this. Very light and moves around...
None really. If you're buying to match the i-rocks pink keyboard, the colors are pretty true to how it looks IRL so it won't match the keyboard if you're looking into perfectly matching

Make a few points with the ladies in the house and get this with the pink i-rocks keyboard, both work just fine.
Bought this for the wife. Works great and she liked it so much I had to buy 3 more (just in case) lol. No problems at all. Just plug in and use. Works great on Win 7 and XP
None except I had to buy 4 of em

- for small or child hands. - no drivers to adjust button functions.
paid 11 ; pink for the ladies ; long cable
thought the forward and back buttons were broken. functions were switched compared to microsoft's 5 button implementation ; feels cheaply made
Consumer review (newegg.com)
This isn't for a guy whether he's small or not. Then again, I use it when my wife is watching TV on my computer which runs off of my 32" LCD. Not "janky" at all for me. Looks like someone got a defective one. My fiance was excited to see it. And oh...
Cute looking. Quickly responsive. Sized just right for GIRL hands. Shipping was free
Mouse wheel is a little tough but that's okay
