Consumer review (newegg.com)

I would say, it Could have been a great mouse!

Given there was a difference in the two buttons, the left button consequently being harder to press down, I am unsure if it was an issue in the construction or a physical defect. However I am sure this mouse by EVGA would be wonderful to use if only...

•The overall shape felt nice in my hand •Red buttons on the sides weren't really in the way (to me) •Scroll wheel felt good •Weight options and being able to change the shape (height) of the mouse was nice! •Lights indicating dpi level •Programmable...

I took only one egg off because, out of the box, the left mouse button was juuust as stiff as can be. I was applying extra pressure with each click and could tell I wasn't going to be able to use it regularly. After I used it for around 4 or so hours...

nice product from EVGA especially with it being their first gaming mouse

considering its EVGAs first venture into gaming mice its a very nice product and am not thinking about switching it up any time soon. its ambidextrous so its friendly for left handed users as well

-customizable height -has some nice colors for the LED lights -like that i can assign my own DPI presets -stylish design

-easy go toggle through my DPI settings by accident -wish it had more LED light colors to choose from

Great mouse

All in all this mouse is better than a $20 mouse. I should know since that's all I've ever used for about 13 years. For the price of $62 I feel this mouse is worth it. Let's break my Pros and Cons down a little bit. The DPI settings go from as low as...

- DPI controls are well implemented - Multiple DPI settings (5 in total) - Multiple color options for 2 sections of the mouse - Programmable buttons - Better response time than wireless mice - Simple to setup

- Weight system doesn't seem to really change the mouse much, if at all - Can't change the color of the DPI LED - 2 Programmable buttons on the right seem difficult to press (in terms of their location) - Comes with stickers for the user to place on...

EVGA 901-X1-1103-KR

Strongly recommend watching the demo video on EVGA's website on removing the cover to access the weights. The instructions that come with it do not explain. I thought I was going to break it trying to remove the cover. Comes off easily once you know...

Got it on sale. Everything seems in good working order. Easy to use software for setting up buttons and macros. Probably going to take some getting use to before of drastic design different from previous mouse (Saitek RAT 7)

The glide pad on the bottom are nice but are 'dome' shaped and sometimes notice mouse rocks from side to side. Will take some getting use to. Using it right handed the buttons on right side of mouse(pinky/ring finger) seem to be a touch firmer than...

Best mouse i've used so far

Adjustable weights - this comes with small metal weights you can put inside the mouse to adjust it's weight. DPI indicator - Displays the DPI in the bottom middle of your screen whenever you change it. gauged DPI monitor - There are 4 red bars below...

Gets dirty easily - I have to clean the surface every 2 weeks because it traps dust and dead skin on the "pores" of the mouse surface. Also traps a decent amount of dust on the bottom if you use an anti friction mousepad.

Good, but not perfect

Good: The shape of the mouse is top notch. Fingertip grippers will love it. It's a great replacement mouse for people who are looking for a replacement for their Logitech MX310. The only thing that would make the shape perfect would be grooves in the...

Great shape for people with a fingertip grip. Good button layout. Great high precision sensor. Driver software is very good.

Height adjustability is absolutely useless. Imbalanced weight distribution + too heavy (thanks to useless height adjustability feature)

Surprise!

Give this one serious consideration if you are looking for a top of to line gaming mouse

Who knew that EVGA made a great gaming mouse? It adjust to the size of your hand, has 5 dpi settings and app that makes programming the buttons easy.

Every gamer is different. I'm sure some won't like various things about this mouse...myself...I wish it came with more weights.
