Consumer review (newegg.com)

Lasted 2 years

Lost of customization ; Looks

Longevity, Since day 1 the sensor would sometimes stop working on 1 axis or the other. I thought ti was just dust or a driver issue. It would start working again after a second or so ; Now after two years it has finally stopped working in both x and y...

Absolutely awesome

Best mouse I've ever owned. I recommend an Xtrac Hybrid mouse pad to go along with it.

Customization is awesome... you will be able to find a comfortable grip on this mouse. Extremely accurate mouse for gaming. I'm using this for Starcraft 2 and it's way more accurate than the Mamba I was previously using

I had an external hard drive sit on my desk... it causes very slight vibrations on the desk because of the fan it uses. This is enough to cause the mouse cursor to start moving on it's own and cause it to be unusable. Make sure your environment is free...

Great mouse!

Moves incredibly smooth. Nice weight, nice materials. VERY adjustable, from software to the hardware

Would not install drivers for Win 7 x64. I had to pay attention to where the extractor put the driver files, then go to my Mouse Properties and manually force it to take the right drivers. After that, it worked great with the tweaking tool

Glitchy Mouse

Never happened with the g9 this was supposed to replace.

Very good tracking in FPS games when its working properly

Occasionally the mouse glitches out and I end up staring 90 degrees up into the sky or -90 degrees into the ground. Very frustrating

Mad at it

I have windows 7 64 bit and it won't work with it, I downloaded the software and drivers and it says please plug in controller you want to use... Hello! It is plugged in! Waste of 90$

It's very cool looking

It won't work

Awesome... Till It's Not.

A great mouse, but with the durability issues, I can't recommend it. If they would make them more solid with less cheap parts it would be one of the best mice out, unfortunately, they don't.

Great mouse, perfect tracking, Precision Aim button comes in handy in all situations, thumb wheel was something I never though would be that useful, now if I was without it I don't know what I would do

Even without visible dirt, the laser will need to be blown off very often or it skips tracking or doesn't track at all ; About 6 months in one of the side thumb buttons stopped working unless you pressed very hard and wiggled it around sometimes ; 1...

Not perfect but still good

For all its positives it has just as many negatives that offset this from being perfect. This replaced my MX518 mouse that i had for almost 5 years.

Lots of options for customization. The thumb & pinky rest work well in my situation. Scroll wheel works like a charm

Occaionally the mouse will stop moving vertically and will only move horizontally, a quick pick up and down will usaully take care of it. The thumb buttons are hard to push so the whole mouse will end up moving when trying to depress these. You have to...
