I have to have it sitting on my mousepad. It moves with your arm so it's nice to be able to move the mouse wherever and still have a wrist pad holding your wrist stable. I really like this product.

Very good product. Comfortable to use at a reasonable price. I like how the sides are curved to fit your wrist better. No more wrist pain for me! I would recommend this to anyone.
