Redmi Note 11 Pro review: Earning its name?

 

After the disappointment of the standard Note 11 model, the Pro edition steps up and earns its stripes. Some software and minor performance points

Strong spec for a low price ; Decent main camera (but forget about the macro/depth) ; Decent performance (here from Snapdragon 695) and 5G connectivity

Some screen flicker issues (especially at low brightness) ; EMUI software has ongoing irks with battery/notification controls

After the disappointment of the standard Note 11 model, the Pro edition steps up and earns its stripes. Some software and minor performance points aside, the strong spec and affordability are key points that get this handset the thumbs up.

Redmi Note 11 Pro review: A big-screen budget phone worth getting

 

The Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G could really use more CPU oomph, but this budget phone gives you a display and charging speeds worthy of far more expensive phones.

If you would prefer to stick with Android, the Nord CE 2 also provides good photos and can match the Redmi for charging speed, though it falls short of the quality-to-price ratio of the Redmi display. You could also wait to see how the Pixel 6a fares...
