Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro review

The Poco X3 Pro is power-packed and has a great screen, but it's not one for photography fans.

Superb gaming performance Long battery life Impressive 120Hz screen

Relatively weak camera No 5G Large and heavy

The Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro is the best gaming phone you can get for the cash at the time of review, with impressive power and a sharp, smooth screen, but camera quality takes a hit in return.

Poco X3 Pro review: Is bigger better?

This sub-flagship is all about longevity from its big battery. If you don't want 5G connectivity then it's powerful, too, but the software is weak.

Qualcomm SD870 ensures smooth operation ; No 5G cost/battery implication ; Lasts for long innings per charge ; Lush big-screen experience ; Affordable price point expected

It's a big and heavy device - more so than spec suggests ; Design is somewhat bland ; Cameras are the typical oversell ; No 5G connectivity ; Software has problems - especially with notifications

This phone is all about going big. It's got a big screen, big battery, and a low price point to give big appeal. But in some regards it's a bit too big for its own boots. The software doesn't quite connect - we've had notification problems which irk -...

Poco X3 Pro review

The Poco X3 Pro is an even more powerful version of last year's excellent X3 NFC, but is that enough to make it this year's best budget phone?

Phenomenal performance ; Big 120Hz display ; Long-lasting battery

Big & bulky ; No 5G ; Average camera

The Poco X3 Pro is for Android gamers or power users on a budget, with near-flagship processing power in one of the cheapest phones on the market. It's big, it's bulky, and the camera's not great - but it’s still astonishing that Xiaomi has pulled this...

POCO X3 Pro Unboxing, Review Philippines: Unbeatable Value, Part II

Check out our review of the POCO X3 Pro in the Philippines to see why this is one of the best under Php 15k gaming phones out there.

Insanely powerful processor for its price ; High touch sampling (on top of a high refresh rate) great for competitive gaming ; The most powerful phone you can get in its price point

Heats up easily ; 120Hz refresh rate eats up a lot of juice

Poco X3 Pro review

The spirit of the first-ever Pocophone - the F1 - continues to live as part of the newly announced Poco X3 Pro and the Poco F3. These two mid-rangers...

Signature design; IP53-rated for dust and splash resistance.

Somewhat bulky.

The Poco X3 Pro offers unbeatable flagship bang for some entry-level buck, but it also impresses with so much more - display, speakers, battery, charging, and even camera. This achievement is something for the history books, just like the first Poco...

Poco X3 Pro review, three months later: All the power you need (some MIUI quirks you don't)

The Poco F1 was one of Xiaomi's most popular phones, and it continued to sell well long after its announcement, and people have been begging for a true

Performance ; The Snapdragon 860 is a solid chipset and it doesn't really get better in this price segment. ; Battery ; The 5,120mAh battery lasts an entire day and then some more. ; 26W USB-PD support ; Proprietary charging is good but support for a...

Average cameras ; The primary camera is good but the setup, on the whole, is surely not the best in this segment. ; Bulky ; The phone is bulky — god save your nose.

Poco X3 Pro Review: Good for Gaming

Excellent gaming performance for under Rs. 20,000, but what are the compromises?

Excellent performance in benchmarks ; IP53 rating ; Good battery life ; 120Hz display

Average camera quality ; Bulky and heavy ; Promotional content in MIUI 12

Poco clearly had one goal in mind for the X3 Pro, and that was to deliver the best possible CPU performance at around the Rs. 20,000 price level. Arguably, it has succeeded. This is a phone that will do very well for gaming and will feel snappy and...
