The phones just ugly and very awkward to use

bluetooth technology only available with headsets. This is not made clear on feature specification - therefore the main feature I was looking for is not available

Features; windows os means there are loads of software, themes available. Upgradable storage means at present you can have up to 2Gb available to store video & music mp3s.

Design; thumb stick prone to damage and very awkward to use unless you have small hands.

two small for my fingers no 9 sometimes does not work

Ease of use and size of screen

memory card size provided with it could be bigger

this phone locks up and the button to turn on and off sticks, and it cuts out on phone calls.

amount of detail and good selection of items. clear display

the joy stick select button to big gets damaged easily
