The Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus is a powerful phone with a fantastic zoom and plenty of advantages over its siblings.
Powerful yet sleek Much-improved zoom More 5G connectivity
Ever-higher price Improvements are mostly iterative No more 3.5mm headphone jack
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus is a nearly-perfect smartphone that connects to more 5G networks and has better cameras than ever, though you’ll be paying for the privilege, as this is the priciest Plus smartphone yet. If you don’t mind ho-hum design, the...

Samsung has been making great phones for a long time and the Galaxy S20+ is exactly what you expect it to be - a great phone.
Great display ; Good battery life ; Great cameras - and versatile ; Lots of power ; Good speaker quality
Fingerprint scanner isn't great ; Price inflated by 5G-only option ; Agressive blur and shallow depth of field from camera
Samsung has been making great phones for a long time and the Galaxy S20+ follows along where you expect it to go. The affordability of the Galaxy S20 might attract some, but for many, the S20+ is going to be a great flagship experience.

Plus-sized perfection
Gorgeous screen ; Versatile flagship camera ; Nippy performance
Gets a bit warm ; Less zoom than the Ultra ; Design is a bit vanilla
The S20+ is an across the board flagship, and while its design lacks a bit of va va voom and the zoom isn’t S20 Ultra good, as a package, it strikes a brilliant balance.

An exceptional all-rounder with one of the nicest displays on the market. Shame the price/performance balance means the smaller standard Galaxy S20 is more appealing

The middle of Samsung's new Galaxy S20 devices is powerful and large, without being ridiculous.
Supports fastest 5G speeds
Thick, heavy, unrefined

The Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus is a safe bet if you want a great Android phone. It gets just about everything right, and with 5G, it's ready for the future too.
Beautiful screen, 120Hz refresh rate ; Camera takes good photos in all environments ; Slim and lightweight ; 5G for the future
Bland design ; Camera software needs some tweaks

The Galaxy S20+ might not have as advanced a camera system as the S20 Ultra, but it has pretty much everything else. Plus, it's smaller and lighter, making it easier to use with one hand and for prolonged periods of time. With a long-lasting battery,...
One-hand friendly design ; Smooth and beautiful display ; Long battery life
No mmWave support on T-Mobile ; Cameras struggle with autofocus (pending software update)
