OnePlus 3

I've been using the OnePlus 3 as my main phone for three months now, and while the original review below discusses some of the finer points of the OnePlus, my thoughts here reflect long-term, daily use.

OnePlus 3 review

OnePlus finally has a genuine flagship killer

Premium design ; Plenty of power ; Affordable price

Only 64GB, no microSD slot ; Full HD resolution ; Camera could be better

The Chinese startup has improved on a number of issues fans had with its predecessor, wrapping the OnePlus 3 in a new premium suit and managed to keep the price low enough to worry the established names in the market.

OnePlus 3 review: The flagship killer we've been waiting for

In previous years, OnePlus hasn't been shy about pitching its mid-price phones as "flagship killers". To call the company self-assured would be something of an understatement, but this year's launch of the OnePlus 3 seemed a little more subdued....

Bright and colourful AMOLED display, speedy performance, super quick charging, build quality is great

No expandable storage, camera not as good as its claims

As an overall package, as is always the case with OnePlus phones, the third-generation flagship killer is incredible value for money. At £329 it offers many of the same features and specifications of phones twice the price.

OnePlus 3 review

The OnePlus 3 is finally the gorgeous smartphone it should be with flagship killing specs at a crazy price. Here's our full OnePlus 3 review.

The OnePlus 3 is another amazing smartphone from the Chinese company as easily its best effort yet. It's a little bit more expensive than its predecessor but it's still a ridiculous price considering the design, build and hardware on offer which...

OnePlus 3 review

The OnePlus 3 would be a great smartphone at any price, but at £329 it's simply unbeatable. Find out why it's so special in our full OnePlus 3 review

Fantastic value ; Gorgeous design ; Good camera ; Loads of storage

Non-expandable memory ; Camera bested by, well, the best

The OnePlus 3 is a big brilliant bargain of a phone that looks and feels as good as a £600 mobile, but costs half the price

OnePlus 3 Review: In Depth

OnePlus 3 Review: If you've never heard of OnePlus, it's time for that to change. The OnePlus 3 packs premium performance & great features for just £309.

Dash Charge ; Oxygen OS ; Superb performance ; Decent cameras

No microSD

The OnePlus 3 may not be perfect, but it comes pretty damn close considering the £300 asking price. Dependable cameras, premium-beating performance, impressive battery tech and a slick, sexy design combine to make the OnePlus 3 one of the best Android...

OnePlus 2 vs OnePlus 3: What’s new in the OnePlus 3?

OnePlus has just announced its third ‘flagship killer', and the OnePlus 3 is quite possibly the closest thing yet to serious competition for the Samsungs and Apples of this world. With a high-end specification and mid-range price, the OnePlus 3...

The OnePlus 3 is a significantly better buy than the OnePlus 2, with a nicer metal design, superb performance and an improved camera, but the OnePlus 2 continues to offer excellent value at £249 if your budget is lower.

OnePlus 3 review

In June, the OnePlus 3 redefined the boundaries of what a midrange phone could deliver. For $399 or £309 (about AU$590), you get a top-of-the-line processor, a nimble 16-megapixel camera, and a long-lasting battery. You also get a speedy performance...

The OnePlus 3's sharp camera, powerful processor and enduring, quick-charging battery make a knockout combo when you factor in its low price.

The camera has a distinct bulge. Power users may be disappointed that the phone doesn't have a swappable battery or expandable storage.

At $400, the OnePlus 3 is the best budget Android phone you can buy, with a premium look and feel, and performance fast enough to go head-to-head with any high-end handset on the market.

The gold OnePlus 3 actually looks kind of...pale

OnePlus goes for the "soft gold" and freshens up its latest flagship phone with a subtle paint job.
