The Nothing Phone (2a) Plus offers a spec bump on the Nothing Phone (2a) that launched earlier this year, making it an even more tempting option.

Distinctive design ; Excellent battery life ; Dependable performance

Nothing seems to be on a roll lately when it comes to expanding its smartphone portfolio. Hot on the heels of the Nothing CMF Phone 1 and just four months...

Unique, eye-catching design with a surprising amount of added functionality from the Glyph Interface.

No charger in the box.

Either phone represents a very well-rounded package and you will be happy with either one. And sure, you can probably get better value for money in this price bracket, but nothing quite as unique as the Nothing Phone (2a) Plus.

I tested the Nothing Phone (2a) Plus, a smartphone for under 500 dollars. Read my honest opinion on this test.

Nice design ; Correct photo quality ; Bright 120 Hz OLED display ; Excellent battery life ; Stable performance

Photo module not very versatile ; Lack of raw power for gaming ; No eSIM or microSD support ; IP54 certified only

Would I advise you to buy the Nothing Phone (2a) Plus at 449 bucks? No. The Nothing Phone (2a) Plus is more powerful than the Nothing Phone (2a). In this respect, Nothing's promise is kept. But these improvements are too slight to justify the price...

Nothing Phone 2a Plus would be the Nothing Phone I'd buy... if I didn't live in the US

Although it's not the most powerful Nothing phone, the Nothing Phone 2a Plus is the best bang-for-your-buck device in its roster.

Beautiful design ; Amazing display ; Competitive price ; Fast wired charging ; Nice selfie camera upgrade ; 256GB as standard

Confusing US availability ; Digital zoom is quite bad

At a list price of $399 here in the United States, the Nothing Phone 2a Plus delivers a lot of value. It’s an absolutely gorgeous piece of tech, its performance is pretty stellar for this price category, battery life is terrific, and wired charging...

Striking design and unique software makes all the difference.

Classy new silver/grey design ; Excellent AI photo software ; Affordable and well made

Not a huge improvement over the (2a)

A budget phone with pricey design and feel, the (2a) Plus may not been a massive leap in improvement over the previous model but it's a solid entry point if you're new to Nothing.
