Nokia X20 Review: Failing to keep up | Trusted Reviews

The Nokia X20 sits at the top of HMD Global's new line of budget phones, offering 5G for a very affordable price.

Great software support promise ; Clean Android 11 OS ; Two-day battery life

Nokia X20 5G – an alright phone (review) - GadgetGuy

The Nokia X20 5G will appeal to dedicated pure Android fans. It has good battery life, strong reception and an amazing 3-year warranty.

3-year Warranty ; 3-years Android OS upgrades and security patches ; Good battery life ; Decent camera

Can be laggy in video and CPU/GPU intensive tasks ; Not class-leading - average hardware ; Heavy ; No IP rating ; Competitors have better value/features

The Nokia X20 5G appeals to anyone that wants pure Android with three OS upgrades and three years security patches. Add to that a 3-year warranty, decent camera and battery life.

Elegant design ; Large 6.67″ screen, great for content consumption ; Average, but good camera system ; 5G support ; Dual-SIM ; Vanilla Android ; USB-C ; Up to 3 years of both OS and security updates

Average performance ; 60Hz refresh rate display ; No IP rating ; No wireless charging

A mid-range phone from Nokia with elegant design, good battery life, and a large screen

Review: Nokia X20 | A Sustainable Mobile? Nokia X20

The Nokia X20 makes great promises on behalf of climate, but you'll probably have to think of something else if you really want to save the planet.

Monthly security updates, good battery life and decent camera. The built-in stereo speakers also sound good.

The product is wrapped in empty, green words, which do not hold in reality. Faint screen and no wireless charging.

It is a sympathetic goal that a mobile manufacturer would like to create more sustainable products, but if promises of climate friendliness are to be more than empty words, there must be a reality behind the marketing phrases. That’s not the case with...
