Nokia E63

With the E63, Nokia has reworked much of the magic of the glorious E71 into a cheaper handset.

While the E63 isn't quite as impressive as the E71, it's still a very good handset with excellent messaging support, a first-class keyboard and stunning battery life. If you've got the money the E71 is the better option, but if you can live without the...

Nokia E63 review

This cut-price version of the E71 still delivers where it counts

QWERTY keyboard ; Easy email set-up ; 16 milion-colour screen ; FM radio ; 3G ; Wi-Fi connectivity ; Symbian S60 smartphone capability ; Extensive messaging features and tools

No GPS ; Camera only 2 megapixels ; No data cable supplied ; No MicroSD card supplied

If you can do without GPS or a decent camera, this is a worthy alternative to the E71 or any Blackberry

Nokia E63

With the E71 going down a storm, including here at Pocket-lint, the E63 has a tough act to follow. At a glance it may look the same, but can it deliver an experience close to the E71 flagship model? In terms of design, the E63 is very close to the E71,...

3G, great for emails, good battery life

Some premium features missing, keyboard disappointing

So overall the E63 is a very complete package giving you access to most of the goodness you’d expect in an enterprise handset. Yes, there are some elements missing, such as the GPS which you’ll find in many rivals, but at its core, it’s the sensible...

Nokia E63 review

The little brother of the Nokia E71, the Nokia E63 lacks a GPS receiver and preinstalled games, and it has a downgraded camera. On the other hand, it possesses the same excellent email and messaging capabilities as other members of the Nokia E-series....

The Nokia E63 delivers excellent business and messaging features. Still, the E63 isn't suited for everyone. Consumers seeking strong multimedia features are better off with a (far pricier) Nokia N-Series phone, like the Nokia N96.

Nokia E63 review

The Nokia E71 was a messenger made in heaven. Can its new budget companion live up to the legend?

Lacks the E71’s lustre and some key features, but remains a neat and affordable messaging device

Nokia E63

The Nokia E63 follows in the footsteps of the rest of the E-series by bringing you a feature packed business smartphone.

The E63 offers an extensive package for a reasonably low price, one which I am sure will appeal to many looking for a reliable business smartphone.

The not quite up to standard camera may prove to be an annoyance to some users.

Nokia - E63

Nokia's E series handsets are designed primarily with business users in mind, but that does not stop them having broader appeal, and in the case of the E63 the point is underlined by a relatively attractive ...

With a range of features that excludes HSDPA and GPS, the E63 is not going to be every user's ideal smartphone. But its keyboard is superb and the dual home screen is a lure, too.
