LG X Screen review

The mid-range phone with the always-on second screen

Solid build quality ; Slick performance ; Second screen makes it stand out

Second screen bit of a gimmick ; Poor front camera ; Fake-metal is unnecessary

This reasonably-priced Android smartphone feels great in the hand and performs well, but its unusual secondary screen and front-facing camera aren't the killer features they're cracked up to be.

Main screen fails to impress ; Bettered by rivals

If it wasn’t for the LG X Screen’s second display, it would be a pretty bog-standard mid-range mobile. Performance is fine and battery life is about average, while the main 4.93-inch screen is a bit washed out and inferior to rivals like the Galaxy J5.

LG X Screen Smartphone was launched in February 2016, comes with a 4.93-inch HD IPS LCD Multi touch display with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels at a pixel density of 294 pixels per inch. The screen is not protected by a Scratch Resistant display.
