Huawei Honor 3X review review: Meet Huawei's 'true' eight-core smartphone

Powered by MediaTek's octa-core chip, the Huawei Honor offers both performance and value for money in its 5.5-inch frame.

The ; comes packed with plenty of features, including dual-SIM capability, an octa-core processor and a 5.5-inch IPS display at a not-too-shabby price of $280.

It's still running on Android 4.2.2, where other newer handsets come loaded with Android 4.4 KitKat; you'll need to do some work to set up the phone if you're getting the handset straight from China, as it lacks all the Google features, such as the...

The Honor 3X offers great performance and specs for its low price. However, unless you're getting a local version with Google Mobile Services pre-installed, you will not be getting the full flavor of Android without some effort.

Huawei Ascend G750 Smartphone Review

Dual-SIM giant. Huawei's Ascend G750 boasts with a 5.5-inch screen, two high-resolution cameras, a swift processor, and good battery runtimes. However, its communication interfaces are not completely satisfying, and the other equipment is also lean.

Swift SoC, Decent screen, Good cameras, Dual-SIM, Both SIM slots support 3G, Removable battery, Good runtimes, Convincing speech quality, Both SIM slots support 3G - that is a rare thing

No MHL, OTG or NFC, Weak speaker, No LTE, Wi-Fi module with occasional interruptions, Power supply too weak and too hot under load, Broader frequency coverage for HSPA. LTE support would also have been nice
