Mixer head will not attach to the control unit any more, blade has come loose. Not to mention it splatters everything you puree and is not very powerful. Less than 1 year into the product and definitely will not consider Russell Hobbs again.

Ive used it twice today. Once i couldn't even lift it while running the stick in my iced chocolate, which it managed to blitz my ice cubes. I also made dip using the gratter blades. Omg so quick. This machine must have had an upgrade cause wow!!!!!

Didn't even last me 18 months. The connector wears out so it won't fit in the attachments hence they actually don't rotate anymore. And I am positive that we didn't use the device excessively... My old cheap sunbeam blender lasted twice as long!

This hand blender is rubbish, I used it once to blend soup and it spat everywhere. I moved it to a very high sided pan and it still spat everywhere and wouldn't blend properly. I've had 2 other stick mixers before and never had any troubles with them....

Really impressed my this feisty little nugget of a blender then one day it just broke. I put it on turbo and it whirred crazily but did nothing. I took of the attachment to see it had mangled the plastic join between the motor unit and the stick blend...
Inexpensive, powerful, lots of useful attachments.
Unreliable.

Purchased 8months ago and have replaced it twice, went back and changed it to a different brand. I would expect that an appliance should last more than a few months if using a few times a week to blend a protein shake. It looks great and does come with...

I was given this processor for my birthday last year so I know exactly how long I have had it for. I didn't use it much but in the past few months I have loved it and used it probably once per week. It has just died. Sadly 1 week out of warranty!...
Easy to use and great results
