I received one it did not work, tesco replaced it, second one did not work. But tesco refunded my money with no quibble. But I was disappointed with Russell hobbs

I had two and both broke down after using once so gave up

Bought this just before Christmas and made a wonderful soup Christmas day, it's easy to use and keeps the soup warm for ages, haven't used the smoothy settings yet but sure they will be just as good. Absolutely love it
