Rachel Allen Stand Mixer.

Very poor at egg whites as attachment doesn't reach bottom of bowl.

Never in a million years did I think we'd buy or even need a stand mixer. However we needed ot make a big birthday cake for our daugther and to make our life easier we purchased this one.

The machine is quite heavy and the beater and bowl are very tight and difficult to get out. Cakes so far have come out well and its easy to use apart from the stiffness
