The blender works fine. Biggest problem. Unable to remove the cutting blades, so unable to clean under the blades. Gets really smelly under the blades. Build up of bacteria causes food poisoning. Threw this item out for this reason.

I purchased it in August 2016, and it still works well and does work well for the price I paid. I normally use it to blend the dry and fresh herbs for cooking. So far its good and still works fine.

A replacement blade assembly costs $15 from a Kambrook parts retailer. More if you require postage. I'll be buying one replacement assembly and when that wears out (another year?) will junk the machine. It is also very noisy. My wife cannot use it if...

Stupid blender can't even crush a few berries without smoke everywhere and plastic shaved at the bottom. Nice "ice crushing blender"

I think the gaurantee was 1 year. Over 1 year and a few days, it was not working while the light still on. I should buy another brand which more expensive but last a few year. Wasted money.
