Absolutely Excellent!

 

It has all the pros of a thermomix, plus is programmable, a bigger temperature range and beget temperature abilities.

Not as many recipes, but there's so many thermomix recipes online that work too for extra ideas. Plus after a while you get so used to the machine you can convert your own recipes just like you can with a thermomix.

A machine that can compete with Thermomix!

 

After using the Hotmix machine for a period of a few weeks, I have found it to be a capable machine. With its high temperature I was able to make toffee and my kids favourite, Honeycomb with no problems. This guy will get to 190°C with no problems, so...

Love It, and its quieter that Thermomix, with a bigger motor
