I used to use the classic blue heavy duty gloves; but these seem better quality--great fit and textured grip. The size seems a bit small, I'm a small medium and that's what they are. Excellent product, cannot feel extremely hot water either!

The lids fit my 550 Pro... tightly. When I received the package, it said "nonsealing". It serves the purpose. I will give the second lid to a friend with an Artisan mixer.
