Reading other reviews I realize that the condition of each of these units are likely not identical. My base shows no wear whatsoever so there may be a little bit of random luck with this purchase

Used Blenders Past as New

If you sell a recondition item please advertise as so. Also if it is a food processing device you can at least include a new processing containers due to the wear and tear the containers receive. As a consumer I don't know what the previous owners were...

Good price, motor was good

The unit was used and shabby in appearance. There was no instruction on how to use the blender. As a person with an OCD this unit is totally unacceptable. The unit was not advertised as a reconditioned item
