Easy to use, once you get the hang of it.

Sometimes it doesn’t heat the food right through, you have to put the food on longer to cook than stated on food packaging. Maybe because food doesn’t rotate like other microwaves, as this one is a flat bed.

Looks neat. Easy to clean.

The keys on the control panel have to be pushed very hard, often necessitating repeated attempts. Very noisy fan during and after cooking. Often an additional noisy vibration in the top of the oven, silenced only by thumping it on top. Grill only...

Stopped working after two weeks, replaced with new one, so we have to wait and see how this one goes.

Overall good

Looks good in the kitchen, and the flat bed design is an improvement on the usual turntable. It's also much easier to clean inside.

Not initially intuitive to use, extremely noisy cooling fan, and ridiculously hard to press buttons. If you have a non-smooth worktop, forget it; it will slide about every time you try to use it!
