Have not had this microwave long, but so far it is brilliant. So simple to use, no plate or turntable. Just wipe clean. Would highly recommend.

Dead simple to use with four buttons; cook, defrost, pause/cancel and start. Cooks and defrosts evenly with no 'cold" spots. The absence of a turntable makes cleaning far simpler and allows larger pots/plates to be used. I can't fault it in any way....

Love this microwave, no fuss just simple to use. The flatbed is great too, can fit in all my odd size dishes now and plates.

I love this microwave. It is exactly how I imagined it from the reviews. Easy to use with a large capacity, the added bonus is the lack of turntable makes it so easy to keep clean. One quick wipe and it is like new.
