End of warranty = End of Appliance
As soon as the warranty ran out, the heating mechanism failed. The light and plate rotation is still there.

Fault appeared just out of guarantee
We bought this product from Comet, largely on appearance and features plus high wattage rating.

Do not buy this microwave
Only had it just over a year and it has stopped working. Light comes on and turntable rotates but doesnt warm the food. Really disappointed as my last microwave lasted me years!!

The controls were not easy to use - winding up the minutes you need never seemed to proceed smoothly and the microwave simply did not last - after 18 months it stopped producing microwaves and being out of guarantee

Regretable purchase. Steer Clear
Bought under pressure when ripping out kitchen. thought grill would be of use.
looks good, cheap, works for 12moths
short life product, grill never worked that well, annoying controls jog contorl largely pointless!, generally unrelliable

Built to last just over a year?
Like a couple of reviewers before me, mine packed up at just over a year old. We used it mainly for defrosting, for which it was adequate. Reheating was good, cooking patchy and the grill just warmed food. Bacon, for example, would just go rubbery and...
