Big and shiny

I've always been a Panasonic person when it comes to microwaves and this one doesn't disappoint. Still has steam sensors for automatic cooking. Two racks to heat up two plates at once or bake two trays of bickies. Loads of room for cakes Quick to heat...

Unfortunately the same as everyone else, do not buy this expensive piece of rubbish.

I had the old model for over 20 years, brilliant. I bought this one 2 years ago, and yesterday it just stopped working. They have quoted me over $400 to repair. I will be buying a cheap Chinese microwave, and never buying anything Panasonic again. So...

CONTROL PANEL NOT WORKING

I have had my Panasonic for 15 months and have had no problems until now when the whole front control panel died. Is it an easy problem to solve by a simple replacement of panel or is it a serious problem which would cost me a fortune? I am not happy...

Trouble with the turn table

No real trouble until now .... I do agree the stackers are very flimsy ... but for the last few days the turn table has stopped turning .... decided to take a look at the motor just in case there was something stopping the table from turning, like food...

My only oven and microwave for 2 years

Due to renovation issues this has been my only oven and microwave for 2 years and it has been great. I've done dinners for 16, baked home made cakes, biscuits, pastry, the lot. My only small concern is if I have a heavy casserole in the turntable...

Total Rubbish

and you have to clean the machine ten times as much as you would otherwise. And that's not all either... The turntable turns while you're cooking in convection mode so you can't use large pans that use all of the cavity space - you have to use...

Could not agree more!

I have heard this machine for 4 years. Treated like a treasure I thought it was, given the cost. Magnetrons not lasting a year makes it not worth it. The cost of repairs is hefty. Sorry Panasonic. I hope all my other many panasonic gadgets in the house...

Fantastic concept, great performance when working but ultimately unreliable

We love the look and convection function on this oven however magnetron replaced twice (18 months and about 3 years) and now for a third go. Can't spend another $400 doing this again. Been fantastic when going but spending on another repair will exceed...

Panasonic Microwave Oven: NN-CD997S is expensive but fails repeatedly

We have purchased a Panasonic Microwave Oven: NN-CD997S. It has been repaired once already with an inverter section failure and has now failed again with the same error code, indicating another inverter section failure. This is the most expensive...

Bad Design. Inferior To Previous Model

Was so disappointed when I 'upgraded' my old Panasonic to this model. The inside is smaller and heat enters from 1 side so roasting/cooking must be done on turntable or else be constantly manually turning food. This means only the smallest of roasters...
